Hisun VPN is an Android VPN application published for users who want a direct way to start and manage private network sessions. This policy explains what information may be processed when you use the Hisun VPN app, this website, and related support channels.
Information we collect or process
Hisun VPN does not require you to create an account before using the app. Depending on how you use the app, the following information may be processed:
- Connection data: connection status, latency checks, selected node information, and technical data needed to establish or stop a VPN session.
- Device data: device model, app version, and Device ID may be processed for a limited time for service calculations, operational needs, diagnostics, and app requirements. This data is deleted after the limited operational period ends.
- Advertising and consent data: the app includes Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform. These services may process advertising identifiers, consent choices, device information, IP address, coarse location, ad interactions, and diagnostics to provide ads, measure performance, prevent fraud, and respect consent settings.
- Support communications: if you email us, we receive the email address and any information you choose to include in your message.
How we use information

VPN traffic
A VPN app routes network traffic through a VPN tunnel while the service is active.
